Thermal efficiency:

Thermal efficiency is simply the ratio of the heat utilized by the boiler to the total amount of heat energy consumed. Three types of Burnham boilers

There are mainly three types of Burnham boilers. They are High Efficiency boilers, Forced Draft boilers and Atmospheric boilers. Each has a different function and purpose. Usually for residential use it is best to go with high efficiency boilers.
